Meet Karina
In Karina’s work as a certified life coach, she specializes in supporting individuals navigating complex personal journeys—particularly those healing from religious trauma, experiencing faith transitions, and exploring emotional wellness. For all her clients, including neurodivergent individuals and those within the LGBTQIA+ community, she offers a deeply affirming approach that celebrates their unique strengths and experiences.
Karina’s embodied and emotion-focused approach creates a supportive pathway for self-discovery. She believes you are the expert of your own life, and her role is to provide gentle guidance and support. Whether you need help making decisions about your future, navigating faith transitions, seeking emotional balance, or working through challenges, Karina will help you access your inner wisdom and transform barriers into opportunities for growth, clarity, and self-understanding.
With a coaching certification and a Master of Ministry in Theology and Culture, Karina brings a nuanced perspective to her coaching practice, having completed a graduate thesis on religious trauma. A former pastor navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, she draws from personal and professional experiences of transformation.
When not supporting clients, Karina is committed to her studies but can almost always be convinced to take a break for a walk by the water, good coffee, or time just about anywhere with her five (not-so-little) children and her partner of nearly 30 years.
