Meet Karen
Karen (she/her) provides warm, safety-focused, trauma-informed therapy for older
adults, young adults, teens, and pre-teens. She brings authenticity and deep care into
the therapeutic relationship. Karen meets clients exactly where they are and considers it
a privilege to walk alongside them on their healing journey. She believes that when
feelings are explored and felt in the presence of a safe person, they can become more
manageable and less overwhelming.
Karen holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with
individuals, couples, relationships, and families. Karen provides care for people of all
backgrounds, using a culturally humble, trauma-informed, intersectional, and
LGBTQIA+ -centred approach.
